 In a world-first study, Israeli scientists have used a treatment originally developed for blood cancer to successfully reverse Alzheimer’s-like symptoms in mice, offering a promising new avenue for tackling the devastating neurodegenerative disease. The approach, which repurposes existing cancer-targeting mechanisms to protect and restore brain cells, produced significant improvements in memory and cognitive function in animal models, a result that could reshape future efforts to treat Alzheimer’s if replicated in humans.
