Israel had accomplished a lot but on this day 21 years ago, it did something for the first ever time which was simply amazing. It won an 
Olympic gold medal!! Every one of our Olympians are amazing let alone the medalists, but Gal Fridman was the first gold medalist and for this, he will always have a special place in the history of this incredible country. We were so incredibly proud of him then; we are so incredibly proud of him now! Thank you Gal!
