Leviah Ehrlich, a 27-year-old senior nurse at NYU hospital in Long Island, is suing the institution after facing financial penalties and harassment simply for standing with Israel in the wake of the October 7, 2023, Hamas massacre. Incredibly, she was told by HR that calling Hamas “terrorists” might offend Muslims — and was pressured to change her posts. Silencing truth and punishing solidarity is unacceptable.
